Kickoff Logistics LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an interstate motor carrier (USDOT 3220304, MC-1007684). We only collect the information we need to quote, move, and deliver freight and to run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a haul, call, text, or email dispatch, you may share your name, company, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, pickup dates, and cargo details such as weight and commodity type.

Shipment information. While moving your freight we create records such as bills of lading, proof of delivery, delivery signatures, reefer temperature logs, and GPS location data from our trucks.

Website information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

When you submit the "Request a haul" form or the "Email dispatch" form, the information you enter is delivered to our dispatch email through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. We use it only to receive and respond to your request.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to load requests and provide quotes
• Schedule, dispatch, track, and deliver shipments
• Send shipment updates, delivery confirmations, and invoices
• Meet safety, insurance, and FMCSA and U.S. DOT recordkeeping requirements
• Resolve claims, billing questions, and disputes
• Keep our website working and secure

3. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to do the job or when required, including with:

• Our drivers, and the shippers and receivers involved in your shipment
• Service providers who support our operations, such as ELD and telematics, email, website form delivery, accounting, factoring, and website hosting providers
• Insurance companies, in connection with coverage or claims
• Government agencies, law enforcement, or courts, when required by law, regulation, or legal process
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged

4. Phone calls and text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your quotes and shipments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and third-party services

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and page styling from a third-party content delivery network. These providers may receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. Links on our site, such as the U.S. DOT SAFER system, lead to websites we don't control.

6. Retention and security

We keep shipment and business records for as long as needed for operations, billing, claims, and legal and regulatory requirements, and then securely delete or dispose of them. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
